Returns & Refunds
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, only defective items that are unused are eligible for returns.
Manufacturer defects must be reported within 30 days of date of order received. After 30 days, please contact the manufacturer of the product directly.*
If an item is damaged during the shipment process, please notify us within 48 hours of date of order received.
If we have established that your product is defective, you will be provided with store credit in the form of an electronic gift card. You may use this store credit towards any future purchase(s) (including re-ordering or ordering something else). This store credit does not expire and can be used to purchase any item(s) on our website, even over multiple transactions.
We consider the health and safety of our customers as our top priority, therefore we will usually not need an item returned to us unless further requested by our returns department.
We reserve the right to request photographic proof of any damaged or defective item.
If the item warrants being returned you must return it via UPS or USPS.
*A manufacturer’s warranty offers more extensive product warranties when you register with them and are included with many products. Products that are defective after the 30-day return period, and within the manufacturer’s warranty period, should be sent directly to the manufacturer with a copy of your receipt enclosed.
If your package has not left our warehouse, we will be able to change your order for you. If your order has already left our warehouse, we are unable to provide a refund or credit. You will need to place another order with the correct item(s). Please order carefully.
If you have ordered incorrectly, or you decide that you do not want your items, refuse the package at the time of delivery and have it marked Return to Sender (RTS). See below for further details on refused packages.
Order Returned or Refused
If an order is returned to us (due to an incorrect address, or you refused it, or the post office was unable to deliver), we will inspect the items and you will be credited if the item(s) can be re-sold.
Please note that in this case, all shipping costs are non-refundable.
No credit will be issued if the products were damaged during the shipping process. They cannot be re-sold and will be discarded.
Wrong Item Received/Item Missing
If you received the wrong item or an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours from date of order received.
Order Lost, Stolen, or Late
Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for a package that has been lost or stolen. We do not have control over orders once they have left our warehouse.
If the order does not make it to its destination or is late, customers are responsible for contacting the carrier and filing a claim.
