Chair Bondage Position

  • by My First Blush on September 16, 2019

Chair bondage, just like the term suggests, is a practice that involves a person tied to a chair. It is a typical bondage position, especially for beginners of such activities due to the simple and relatively safe execution. All you need, in order to assume chair bondage are some bindings and of course, a sturdy chair.

Generally, the bondage, in the form of sexual practice, has a lot to do with control as a factor. Therefore, the roles of the participants are always categorized as a dominant or a submissive. Reasonably, the submissive is the person tied to the chair, while the dominant is the partner controlling the situation.

Depending on the experience the partners look for, there is a number of ways the chair bondage can be customized to allow either comfort or discomfort. Because it is considered as one of the safest bondage positions, the chair bondage is commonly practiced by beginners or vanilla couples who seek to spice up their sex life. Usually, the sex position is achieved by tying the submissive's ankles to the legs of the chair and the wrists to the chair's arm. This should allow enough comfort for the bound person yet restrict their movements.

However, just because it can be executed securely, does not mean it is the only way to do chair bondage.

For the couples that seek more extreme bondage, additional restraints can be used to tie the torso of the submissive as well as various sex toys in order to increase the vulnerability. Like most bondage, to enhance the experience, the dominant partner can blindfold the submissive, put a gag on their mouth, use nipple clamps, whips, ticklers, and paddles.

Although this sounds like the dominant partner has complete control over the chair bondage position, the bound person should also have a say. In this sense, it is best to create a safe word or a sound that the submissive should use any time suggesting the play should immediately stop. The whole point of chair bondage position is to provide an amazing experience for the partner, and unfortunately, it cannot be achieved if one of the partners experiences any level of pain during the performance.
