Return Policy

Buyer (you) will notify (by email Blush Enterprises ) not less than 24 hours once an item is received that you wish to return the item, and not less than three (3) business days for you to package and ship the item back to Blush Enterprises.

You must ship the item back to Blush Enterprises within 3 days of the acknowledgement:

• The item must be returned via the original carrier (unless agreed otherwise in writing), in its original packaging, insured (if available) for its purchased price, and must be received in the same condition as when it was shipped to you with the shop's tags and identifying marks intact.
• We recommend you use delivery tracking and get a delivery receipt.
• The buyer pays for return shipping and insurance, unless agreed otherwise between the buyer and shop owner.

After the Blush Enterprises verifies the returned item is as originally sent, we will issue a full refund within 3 days. You also have the option a choosing a store credit for the full amount.

Shipping and Shipping Charges

We make every effort to ship all orders within 24-48 hours of receipt (except Saturday, Sunday and holidays). However, shipping delays are possible due to unforeseen events. You will be notified via email if there any delays.

We ship USPS for most items, larger/heavier items we ship UPS.

Each item has a shipping charged assigned to it as if it were going to be shipped as a separate unit. Should you purchase more than one item we can usually combine them into one box or less boxes in order to save unnecessary shipping charges. When that happens you will be notified by email invoice of the adjusted cost when we ship the item.

In sum, the shipping total may be less on multiple items than show in your shopping cart at time of checkout.

If a shipping charge appears unreasonably high or low, please email us to confirm the charge.

Privacy

We at Blush Enterprises are committed to respecting your privacy and recognize your need for appropriate protection and management of personally identifiable information you share with us.

In general, you can visit Blush Enterprises without telling us who you are or revealing any personal information about yourself. That information is only required when you make a purchase.

By making purchase from Blush Enterprises operated websites, the customer acknowledges that any such sale proceed shall be governed by in accordance the laws of the State of California. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue to resolve a dispute between Blush Enterprises and the customer, shall be in Loa Angeles County, CA superior courts.
